The most useful features are scheduling of events through an easy to use interface, ability to add multiple auctioneers with ease, reporting capabilities, and exporting results in many formats. I dislike that it can be difficult to navigate if you're not familiar with how auction software works. This is especially true when adding new items or categories. Also, the user interface looks dated - like something from 1995! We have been using this program since 2010 and haven't had any issues with functionality. It's great for our business because we no longer need paper invoices; everything goes directly into Quickbooks.
