I used a company in Phoenix called ACME and they cut my $4 key and programmed it for $69. My grand total was less than $100 to have a duplicate key. Recommendation: I recommend that you contact your local locksmith first. Find out their price and if they can do it. Then order the right key online based on their recommendations. I confirmed it was the correct key for the 2018 4Runner simply by comparing the key's model number to the model number listed on the locksmith's website for my car (the locksmith sold the same key for $60).
