Bought for my 5 year old son to practice at home. We don't always have time to go to the park so these weighted balls are the perfect solution for my son to practice gardening at home without worrying about balls flying over the walls into neighboring yards. In the last few days of training with these balls, I've noticed that my son can hit real balls harder and further. He likes to watch his progress. The balls come well packaged with a carry bag and a sheet with a suggested training plan. Very informative and helpful considering I just bought the balls for us to practice at home. The quality is good too. The main thing is that we like it!
