Not all parts of order received

Good things first, you will get MUCH better results on cricket vinyl on shirts with a heat press than without. This car does its job. The interface is clumsy, the instructions are terrible, but it works. And now for the bad: Instead of a cylindrical and a conical cover as in the photos (and because of the conical and hat heads I chose this model) I got a cylindrical and an additional insert for the cylindrical. Nothing conical. I also didn't get any response to my inquiry to the company - and I can't find where/how to buy a cylindrical nozzle separately. Not impressed with customer service.
