I'm only giving these 2 stars because the seller refunded me. When fully charged, the indicator just stayed down, indicating a fully discharged battery. I tried shaking it with no liquid to make sure it didn't get stuck somehow. Something is wrong with the floating needle in this hydrometer. I think this seller just received a bad batch of these. Such a simple device, who would have thought it wouldn't work.
