My dentist recommended this product to me (and gave me a coupon for it). I bought the dry mouth version because that was my problem at the time. It prevents germs from multiplying throughout the day. I also use an accompanying toothpaste. They have a strong minty flavor but aren't as terrible as Listerine or Scope. We highly recommend these products. They also have travel measurements for this mouthwash. To attempt! You'll be glad you did. It's also safe (great) for diabetics!
