Review on Mercer Culinary Handle Turner Spatula by Angela Simmons

Other black stone owners have highly recommended them. Most of them love the frying pan but hate most of the black stone accessories for some reason. (I have some black stone products and seem to like them. But I digress) I got my pan a year ago and bought spatulas for it cheap. You get what you pay for. Your key phrase "I use this spatula every time I cook" should be solid. And tedious. Judging by the ratings and reviews of this brand and this company, these spatulas rock solid! I bought 8 inch. One with rounded corners, the other with square corners. They both weigh the same and I have to say they are SUPER light. This is great for me, but something to keep in mind if you need or are used to a heavier spatula. However, they don't look like cheap or flimsy lightweight pans. The light weight also means they won't lie flat on the surface of your pan. This means that if the handles fall off and are below the surface of the pan, they will get hot when they get to the heat. Some heat resistance on the buttons would be a nice touch and that would really be my only criticism of them. I hope to get some other brands of spatulas and tools soon when they become available.
