Perfect Spatula

This is my second different tool in the Mercer Culinary Hell's Handle line of kitchen tools and I love both. This is a great, powerful daily turner for my cast iron cookware. Stainless steel is thick and heavy, good for everything. The plastic handle is comfortable and easy to grip, but not light or flimsy like the plastic handles found on many kitchen utensils. It's the perfect medium size for almost any type of food, it's heavy enough to stand up to just about anything, and you can have good…

Hell's Handle will up your burger game!

I recently bought a Hell's Handle to see if I could improve my already amazing hamburger skills. I have to say that I am very impressed with this spatula. It has the weight of a quality tool, but it's also comfortable and well-balanced. The width is perfect for chopping and grilling without being too big. I mention this because my pan isn't very big, so I have to be mindful of space. My previous smash tool required a lot of space between each item, which slowed down my cooking. Let's go back to

Love these grilling and BBQ tools

I use these on my 36 inch Blackstone pan. different articles. These spatulas are incredibly heavy for any type of prolonged use. They are also quite fat. The Mercer spatula is very light, yet strong enough to flip heavier foods like steaks and pasta. My only complaint is that the edges are quite sharp, so you'll need to get a file and/or fine sandpaper before using it on the weathered surface. They should last a lifetime though, so spending 5 minutes smoothing out the edges is no big deal. I…

High Quality Kitchen Utensils

Bought a 6" x 5" Heavy Duty Lathe and an 8" x 4" Lathe. The second dimension is the blade width. The blades flex very little (mainly at the handle). Both sit handle up on the counter/grill. The blade is engraved with the NSF certification mark. The handle lies comfortably in the hand. These are high quality tools. Taiwan is on the blade. I didn't have to chip the edge (grind down a hard/jagged edge) like I do with other cheaper lathes I own. They will appear very large in your household cooking

Pros
  • Very Impressive
Cons
  • Boring Packaging

Great spatula for my Blackstone!

Other black stone owners have highly recommended them. Most of them love the frying pan but hate most of the black stone accessories for some reason. (I have some black stone products and seem to like them. But I digress) I got my pan a year ago and bought spatulas for it cheap. You get what you pay for. Your key phrase "I use this spatula every time I cook" should be solid. And tedious. Judging by the ratings and reviews of this brand and this company, these spatulas rock solid! I bought 8…
