This product works well but not great. I bought this for a reverse ankle injury that needed freezing. Firstly, it is made of high quality material and has held up very well to repeated use in my freezer. The problem lies in the design, particularly in the placement of refrozen cells. It must be frozen right at the ankle, but this wrap will only give you the deep chill you want, mostly just above and slightly below the ankle. (No matter how you put it on) I've used it many times and found that when I take it off I feel a deep chill that penetrates from above and below, but not into my ankle where I need it most. There are no knuckles and elbows, but definitely in other areas.
