Good in theory good for me
The roller is made of foam and the strap keeps falling off to the side. If you are flexible and only need a little help, this is a good product for you. If you’re trying to become flexible like me, get a better stretcher. It’s easy to install, but once I start pulling (about half way up) it will get stuck and fall off the foam roller. I’ve used it like 3 times because it actually hurt getting stuck to trying to get it loose. For reference I’m 5”3 and 125lbs.
