Review on Lava Lite 1953 Silver Liquid by Joe Merculief

Revainrating 5 out of 5

CHEAP FOR MONEY!

Absolutely AMAZING! WARNING: Upon receipt of your lava lamp, check the piece of lava inside the bottle and make sure the spiral is touching the bottom of the bottle. During transport, a piece of lava on the ground may turn over and turn the end of the coil up. If this is the case, the lava will not heat up properly and your lamp will not work. Just slowly and carefully flip and flip the bottle and you're good to go. Brand new lava lamps take several hours to really reach 100% power. The liquid in the glass bottle should heat up, which will make the lava nice and soft, and then this spiral ring will do its job. TURN OFF your new lava lamp for NO MORE THAN 8 HOURS of use. After you turn it off, let it cool down for 6-8 hours (usually overnight) and then you can turn the lava lamp back on. You do this with new lava lamps to cycle the lava like you would charge the battery of a new mobile phone about 3 times. After that, do this with the lamp 2 or 3 more times. Then it won't last as long as it did when new. Enjoy your lava lamp!
