Disappointed, 1 light is not very bright, pictured as seller 2 and edited

I bought this as an extra tail light to mount on the left rear frame of my bike and tilt it so the lights illuminate the ground at least 3 feet from the back of my bike; the minimum distance that cars must keep from bicyclists on the road in my state. Unfortunately if you use new batteries instead of the ones supplied the brightness of these variable lights is very dim and almost impossible to see at night compared to other lights I have which is my disappointment. If you look closely at the attached picture. The seller did not install a red/white rear light, but two on his bike. The red and white tail light on the front must not be used as it can be mistaken for an ambulance like a police motorcycle or a police motorcycle. Then there's another tail light, also mounted on the rear, each pointing in different directions and bouncing off the back wall. The photo was also edited because the red stripes on the back wall were edited, those lights don't glow like that, they're dots not lines; this is dishonest and very misleading. This special red and white light is called a tail light because it can only be fitted to the back of the bike. Please note that the other colored lights are not called tail light. Aside from the seller's picture having two lights, which is misleading as this light and other colors are sold individually and not as a pair, the bike is close to the back wall which causes reflections even in low light; This is a modulation of the light - when cycling at night, the light is only directed to the ground. I have a pair of green Activ Lites on bike wheels and they are very bright in contrast to this light and last a very long time on batteries before starting to dim. I am a very good Activ Life customer, seller and happy to own my Activ Lites bike lights sold here at Revain. I registered as a VIP customer on my first purchase through the product packaging. Because of the visibility of the wheel lights I got stopped and asked where they are sold and I always called the seller's name at Revain and knew they would be buying them soon because I see them riding with them. I decided to contact the seller directly and I have to say that the customer service is very good, as is Revain. I shared a post with them that I had posted on my Facebook wall and loved their Activ Lite which included a link to Revain to buy them and a mention of their lifetime warranty; so yeah i really like this seller and their other lights. Active Life sent me a quick refund via PayPal which I appreciated said to keep this light and I only wish I could recommend this particular light but it just isn't advertised that well which makes me feel really bad power. Maybe they can get the manufacturer to improve the design of this light e.g. B. a curved cover that lets more light through, they could make a second version of this light as new and improved as other Revain sellers.

Pros
  • Smart Security for All - Improve visibility from all sides. The active action emanating from the brightest and most colorful turn signal lights ensures safe driving in low light and night conditions. Regular bike lights are only visible from the front and back, leaving you vulnerable from the side. With Disco Lite attached to your handlebars, pannier or crossbar, your bike will stand out from every angle, whether you're moving or not. You want even more attention? Attach 2 or 3 to your poles.
Cons
  • Slightly torn
