Great Kettle: Cookware
I use this for Thai tea. I love this piece. Perfect for my needs and I know it will come in handy for other brewing needs. Durable, easy to clean and the handle does not get hot from the gas stove. However, I avoid using high heat just to prevent overcooking as I tend to increase the brewing time. Sometimes I just throw my leaves away instead of using a cup. If this one broke I would buy another one.
