Great monitor has lasted so far (2 days) but quality control may be lacking.

It worked great for two days - text was crisp, colors were accurate, no dead pixels, etc. But on the second day of use it started to lag and eventually broke down. If it hadn't failed I would have been happy with it, but now I doubt ViewSonic's quality control.
