Love That Spoon!: Kitchen Utensils & Gadgets

I use a spoon when working with oysters. Since I'm very thrifty, I used a scoop I made from a bottle of liquid soap. It worked pretty well until my oysters got bigger and the soft plastic was tough. I used an ice shovel while working on someone's boat and didn't like the guy with the handle sticking out from the back. When I saw this ergonomic one I was very happy. It's very easy to use. It doesn't put much pressure on the hand. I use it for hours without getting tired. And it's tough enough to withstand razor-sharp oyster shells. I just love it! I wish this was the type they put in all commercial ice machines.
