Review on 🔥 Industrial Heating Torch - Propane Torch for Ice, Snow Melting, Lawn Fire, and Burning by Ryan Lawson

I've never seen them. Bought this because it was delivered next day and had a party, didn't have time for Roundup or was waiting for other weed torches. I was very concerned if it would attach to a standard propane tank. Some weed burners come with an adapter. This is not. It arrived in a small box in good condition. I disconnected the propane tank from the grate and that burner didn't have the correct threads. I couldn't attach. Went to the local big store, bought some adapters for propane cylinders, but couldn't fit them. Finally solved this problem. Bought a new propane bottle. In addition to 2.5 turns of very coarse external thread, the new tank has several fine threads on the inside of the tank outlet. The lantern is attached to these. My 10 year old propane cylinders have no internal thread at all, just a smooth inner surface. If this is your problem, all is not lost. You can purchase one of the propane tank gauges that will let you know how full your tank is. They attach to the coarse male threads on the tank, but the other end of the gauge has both female and male threads, so the problem is solved. When I was allowed to work with this device, I can only say WOW. You need to slightly crack the propane tank handle and then slightly open the valve on the weed burner handle. If it doesn't burn, one or the other will burn up a little more. Then it will burn. If you pull the trigger now, be extremely careful. This thing will fire 2ft of flame like a flamethrower. I've weeded with just 10% pressure and it was insanely strong. If you pull too far and then abruptly stop pulling the trigger, it will explode and need to be re-ignited. So just slowly release the trigger and it will burn with no problems. My biggest complaint about this product is that the brass burner rod is not long enough. I'm 5'11" tall and I have to bend down all the time to get the 6" torch out of the weeds. I would definitely like another 6-12 inches in length. All in all very effective at killing sidewalk weeds, mulch weeds etc. I can't imagine how you would use it in your grass without burning a big 8 inch hole in the ground. Grass. It's not sensitive. However, if you don't want to wait for Roundup to work, then this is the tool for you. And it probably goes well with a bit of ice and snow. Has insane power, WOW. I hardly pulled the trigger because of the weed. Not for use by your children. I don't know what a full trigger is for. The trigger has an adjustment screw, I haven't played with it yet, but when I get to it I'll significantly reduce the available trigger pull. Generally happy.
