(03/22/2017) I am writing as a verified customer who was NOT given any discounts in this review. I've had a VERY hard time with appetite control. I'm buying this shake hoping to control my appetite and cravings to lose weight with portion control and some exercise. I will use this smoothie once a day as a meal replacement. My first impression after receiving my strawberry smoothie mix - I didn't get a spoonful of powder and dug pretty deep? So I took a scoop of another protein powder I had. My scoop is 35 grams and I mixed 1 scoop with 10 ounces of water. Today I had this cocktail at 4:00 p.m. for dinner. And it was really VERY good compared to all the other cocktails I've tried in the past. I drank it in a few minutes. It was smooth and tasted like Nesquick Strawberry Milk. Update (3/22/17): It's 8:30pm and I have NO appetite. No cravings and a feeling of satiety. Update (3/24/17): I've been drinking this drink for the past few days at the same ratio of 10 oz to ONE scoop of powder. I ate it for lunch and am usually full until at least 5pm, don't eat much for dinner and don't wake up very hungry (THIS IS CRAZY FOR ME). My diet consisted of eggs and toast in the morning, a snack around 10am, usually peanuts, a smoothie for lunch, some lean protein for dinner, and veggies. I'm eating and I'm really not that hungry. That is amazing! The last few days have made me realize how many bad things I've eaten?! I've tried SO MANY diet shakes and once they're out of your body you usually feel hungry and eat less, but this shake must be magic (haha!). I can't believe how my appetite was CONSTANTLY controlled! I will post updates as I continue this meal replacement! Let's see if the "full" effect lasts and if there are any weight loss results!
