I ordered these ceramic light bulbs in a pack of 2, but when I opened the box I immediately noticed damage to one of them (clip / cracked paint). The second bulb had no obvious damage or defects, but after installing and trying to use it, it did not heat up after several hours of use, the bulb felt cold/chilly. What frustrates me the most as a buyer is that when trying to find an email or contact of any kind rather than just a review, I couldn't find a way to contact the seller directly. I'm willing to update my post if the situation changes.
