This is a great little espresso maker. After trying different ways to enjoy espresso on our sailboat we finally found this little gem. As well as making great espresso shots, it has the added benefit of being very easy to clean. This is important when fresh water is expensive. This is a great product. But what really sets it apart from everyone else is the customer service. I lost the part that holds the capsules in place. When I called the company I was surprised to find a) a friendly person willing to help and b) they sent me the missing part for free. To top it off, the part arrived in two days, allowing us to use the Simpresso on our holiday. Great product, great service.
