My tattoo artist used it for a job I wanted to do. But it was (stupidly) mailed in a bulging mail lock inside a padded envelope. The lid was broken and the ink leaked into the zip, I was surprised the zip held up, I poured the ink into a glass jar but only last week when it was ready to use. The artist said he was most likely infected. Because of the condensation in the can. I would ask for a refund. But what would I give back? A jar of ink? Dirty, broken ink tank? I burned myself due to poor shipping packaging
