I don't drink coffee. I've been drinking sugar free energy drinks in the morning for over a decade, mostly NOS or Monster Ultra. I came across this one while looking for a pre-workout and it looked like a possible replacement. It costs about $1 per serving, ranging from $1.50 to $3.25, and provides more caffeine and helps you focus. It contains sucralose as a sweetener, as do sugar-free energy drinks. I'm a fan of the pineapple version - a scoop with about 10 ounces of water is good. I've been using it for a few weeks and can't comment on the thermogenic effects as I don't know what to look for, but it's definitely a morning boost to consider. Also worth mentioning is definitely putting some distance between this morning and Total War in the afternoon. Four hours between the absolute minimum.
