So - I had to put two. The first was thrown about 20 feet into the yard upon delivery. We didn't even open it. Sent video to Revain - what took us a week to get the (discarded) replacement was there the next day. So - without the remote control will not work. It sucks. It turns on and ejects without a remote, but that's it. Then - I don't know what the problem was, but - it stops, everything goes digital - starts again at some random point and repeats and repeats. So, after watching two or three movies, he left, and the abandoned one came to his house. Oh no. The same thing. Pause, freeze, digital, start at random places. I've found that if I stop it and start over and then quickly rewind to where I was, it works somehow. Then it started working normally around the 4th or 5th film. I'm very very patient. So - still does it from time to time - but - it bored me. I don't know if I'll replace it with something else or not. Phillips has always been a good DVD player. Toshiba and Samsung no longer make them. Any stream.
