This is the second best small pin thin flashlight and the best on Amazon. GTT Hornet is much better as you don't have to change the tips. As far as this burner goes it's usually a very stable flame and the settings are pretty good. I have used cheaper devices and was not very satisfied. This device is still a little touchy for my taste compared to the old version I had. One of the copper tips also began to melt. quality control seems to need to step up their game. The smallest 2 tips can only be used reliably with hydrogen and oxygen. I use propane and oxy so there are three main tips to follow. Don't expect monstrous flames, or even the ability to weld or solder steel, because that's not going to happen. It works with decorations and anything that isn't big enough to look like a giant heatsink. ideal for processing glass or metal.
