I bought this to replace an old FlexBrew I was using for my commuter morning cup. We've been running it for 60 days and it's a very reliable and fast little machine. The choice of cup size versus what you think the cup will hold is good - wish it had a setting for 16 and maybe 20oz - max is 14oz. what I think kpods are for. I use the loose ground coffee in the basket provided and get a great tasting 8 oz mug. Parameter. Cleaning is easy and filling the tank couldn't be easier - especially the removable tank cover, which allows water to be added at unexpected angles when the machine is under a closet with limited space. Highly recommend and worth the price if a full kettle doesn't suit your needs every time you want a coffee.
