Review on 🔒 10-Pack SHIMANO Zinc Shift Cable (1.2x2100mm) - Durable and Reliable Shifter Cables by Garon Tafolla

The switch (shift cable) is usually stainless steel or zinc. As far as I know, this will be the first time I've used a zinc shifter cable. I have installed one of these cables on Shimano mountain bike derailleurs with no problem. A lot of people recommend replacing the derailleur cable and possibly the housing after a season or so of riding (especially in muddy conditions) and for the price I could just about do it. It's not clear from the description, but they do include an end cap with each cable that you can slide over the cable and crimp to prevent fraying.
