I like how this software allows me access through my smartphone as well! This makes things easy while managing multiple facilities or vehicles at once from one location that's very convenient. If you have trouble accessing information due do an outdated computer/laptop then there are no issues using your mobile phone via apps such us google drive!! So far everything has been great but we just don't support vehicle tracking systems yet so i'm not sure about their service quality because of missing feature(s). The only issue currently being addressed by our team member since he works remotely now - would be transferring files between workstation (2) devices when working together- otherwise all aspects including costumer services seem flawless thusfar. !! I like that they offer good support when you have issues or questions about your solution. Sometimes we get an error message from their platform but then quickly receive help via email. The software has been great at helping us manage our fleet of vehicles as well as customer interactions. We've been able to track mileage and use this tool to send out reminders when repairs are needed.
