My toes are pressing against the toe of the shoe constantly. I am disappointed with the fit and have not had the problem before. EU size 46 is not equal to US size 13, with a stretch maybe these shoes would pass for a 12 1/2. I have another pair of similar shoes from a different manufacturer labeled size 13 / 48 EU, they fit great. I would have given these shoes a lower rating.But I'm rating at 4 stars since I made a mistake, should have tried the shoes on before wearing them. I was hurrying to an appointment and put on the brand new Whitins and rushed out. Later I felt the pain. I did not make an attempt to return them since I had worn them for several hours and walked through mud etc. A positive: I like the style, pleasing, and the light cushioned insole, comfort on the soles of my feet. I have learned a valuable lesson, just because other shoe manufacturers size 13 are great other manufacturers were not able to understand the conversion size and label them appropriately.
