For what you pay. - my new review

.these are not bad.Purpose: I bought these for the sake of having a pair of minimalist/zero drop heel shoes to wear in the gym. I do not run in them, but rather lift weights/calisthenics, elliptical trainers, and some HIIT work. Not a whole lot of lateral work but they handles forward movement, jumping, and quick starts/stops just fine.Look: Not quite as goofy-looking as Vibram Five Fingers, but I wouldn't wear these about town. ;)Fit: Given that I wasn't planning to wear these with socks and…

Pros
  • It's a 40$ shoe what's to expect.
Cons
  • Minimalist design can cause blisters and calluses

Great "In-Between " Shoe

EDIT - Update to previous review (included below)Unfortunately I can't add any stars, because 5 is the max. I bought another pair (in the grayscale camo) for warm-weather hunting. While I was mainly using these as quick and easy "grab and go" shoes they're my primary shoe now for everything. On or off the beaten path, they're great for everything. What they AREN'T good for:- Deep water (once soaked they stay soaked for over a day) So they're great in the water, but don't leave them on or you'll…

Pros
  • Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry
Cons
  • Takes time to adjust from traditional running shoes

Have been using these shoes for about 6 months now for my daily needs (general use, trail jogs, gym) and I've never been happier. I have high arches, and no arch support shoe ever fits the way it should. I suffered from really bad plantar fasciitis that would flare up shortly into a run, and I got sick of dropping hundreds of dollars on special shoes and inserts that didn't help. I heard about zero drop shoes on a running forum and decided to give these a try. It took a few weeks to get used to

Pros
  • Exactly as advertised. They feel great.
Cons
  • Difficult to break in and requires a period of adjustment

Good barefoot shoe option, could be the best.

Here is a comparison between a 9 month old shoe VS a brand new shoe. I wore the Whitin shoe daily, high mileage. I also hiked in them (10-20 miles mountain terrain, maybe 15 times?), they got wet plenty and dry faster than a sneaker. I do suggest tossing the insole and wearing merino or other thin wool sock with the shoe for warmth even when wet. Cotton socks make your foot cold when wet. BE AWARE: if you are coming from sneakers or boots this is a very thin shoe. You will feel rocks and stuff,

Pros
  • True rubber sole provides great protection while still getting the ground feedback.
Cons
  • Can feel unstable for those with weak ankles

BIG MAN FRIENDLY 💪😁

I am a 6ft 300lb Man. I workout a lot, I practice fitness everyday and move around alot! This is my first day with these on and I LOVE THEM!I was big into Nike and I’m def. Subbing them out for these! The toe box is so wide! I’ve always struggled to find shoes that fit me as I have a thicker foot, I usually go up a half a size but not this time I ordered the size 11 and it was a perfect fit! Love how secure to the ground that they feel. They are easy to put on and off! I approve and would…

Pros
  • Trail Running
Cons
  • Limited support for those with ankle or knee problems

Perfect fit good for me

I had concerns about the fitment but figured its Revain so why not. The moment I got the box I immediately open it and the shoes look like my feet. I put it on and it was like putting on a thick pair of socks for it fit lightly snugly on my feet. It does feel just a little different walking since it does not have that big heel like normal shoes and standing in these I can tell immediately that it does not irritate my back so for now I love it.The next thing is to see how long it lasts that will

Pros
  • 11.02 x 4.72 x 3.15 inches; 12.35 Ounces
Cons
  • Durability is questionable compared to other running shoes

This shoe size 46 (eu) does not equate to US size 13

My toes are pressing against the toe of the shoe constantly. I am disappointed with the fit and have not had the problem before. EU size 46 is not equal to US size 13, with a stretch maybe these shoes would pass for a 12 1/2. I have another pair of similar shoes from a different manufacturer labeled size 13 / 48 EU, they fit great. I would have given these shoes a lower rating. But I'm rating at 4 stars since I made a mistake, should have tried the shoes on before wearing them. I was hurrying to

Pros
  • Athletic
Cons
  • Traction is not as good as other trail running shoes

Great product! in my review

I love the shoe , as evidenced by the fact I own 2 pairs and have purchased countless pairs for a bunch of family members within the last year. My recent purchase of the camo trail runners was a bit disappointing as it showed up in an Revain box , which wasn’t a big deal, but they were used with some gravel / small stones stuck within the sole grooves. They were also dusty. Although they feel and perform well, it just doesn’t sit well that these shoes were already used. I did not bother going…

Pros
  • Very soft and great!
Cons
  • High price point compared to similar products

This Version Rocks good for me

I bought a couple of pairs of these over the years but recently tried a couple of other brands but the fit wasn't right so I ordered these with the velcro closure at the top and they fit like a glove. or a sock? I got the orange ones and they have sparkle thing on them! Bonus. They fit great and they look fun.

Pros
  • May 26, 2018
Cons
  • Not ideal for cold weather due to minimal insulation

A Lot of Shoe for a third of the Price.

I have been dealing with a long term lower back/hip problem. I recently started seeing a sports Chiropractor / Personal Trainer. As he was doing his preliminary evaluation of me he noticed my ankles and feet were very stiff, also my toes were crunched together. He explained these parts of my body should be mobile and move when my feet hit the ground. He explained to me, when the feet and ankles don't move as they should it can cause other parts of the body that should be immobile to try to move

Pros
  • Comfortable as described, look great, thanks
Cons
  • Lack of arch support can lead to foot pain

Great minimalist Shoe

I have looked at minimalist shoes for years and just could not convince myself to spend between hundred and two hundred dollars. Then I found "Whitin", looking at the shoe and seeing the reviews maybe for the price this is good quality. But then again, the price was a third of those brand name shoes that received far lower reviews than Whitin's. Which surprised me, how can the quality be better but cost loss? Well, I took the plunge purchased a pair in May 2021 and fell in love with them. I…

Pros
  • Removable sockliner (insole) if you want a "more barefoot" feeling.
Cons
  • May not provide enough cushioning for people with heavy impact stride

Love these shoes - my new review

Like wearing moccasins. So comfortable. Slip on easily and stay on with single strap. Can feel yhr ground beneath when trail running so I don't recommend on rocky surfaces.

Pros
  • The minimalistic design is perfect for those who prefer a more understated style, making them versatile enough to wear both on and off the trail.
Cons
  • Toe box may be too wide for some users

Changed how you step

Bought it out of curiosity if I have been stepping my feet on the ground wrongly. Sure enough it convinced me that I was wrong all this time. After gradual adaptation now I can run wearing this without feeling any pain on any of my feet. Now just sore because I can go longer distance.

Pros
  • Comfort.
Cons
  • Not suitable for running on hard surfaces like concrete

I tried these shoes B’cuz I wear custom ankle braces which give me all the support my orthopedic doctor determined I need. they are zero-heel lift shoes and are very soft so they do not add unneeded additional support for your feet .whatever your foot does now it will do with these shoes.on the other hand, the styles with an ankle strap across the top are different and give a fair amount of lateral support. both styles are roomy enuff to accept orthotic insoles.

Pros
  • The wide toe box allows for increased freedom of movement and greater balance with every stride, making it easier to navigate even the toughest trails.
Cons
  • Outsole can wear down quickly

They are Awesome! - my new review

They are very comfortable and light. I can run and lift in these shoes. They are also stylish enough to run errands in. Shoes.

Pros
  • Shoes
Cons
  • Thin sole offers little protection from sharp objects on the trail

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great traction: my feedback

Got these to be a cold weather shoe as my normal running shoes have very thin uppers. Soles are not as thick as most so you can feel the road surfaces better but still provide excellent protection. Mesh area over the toes allow air flow to reduce the chance of sweaty toes and allow quick drying.

Pros
  • With excellent traction and grip, these shoes provide stability and control on even the most challenging of terrains.
Cons
  • May not fit properly for those with narrow feet

Great shoe!: my feedback

I love the way they mold to my feet. Also, LOVE the fact that the shoe is a bit wide, its flexible and fits like a glove. They are also comfortable and can handly tell I'm wearing anything. And. they look really cool.

Pros
  • mens
Cons
  • Lacks cushioning needed for long-distance running

Comfortable AND Affordable - I love mine!

I was in the market for some super flex soles because I wanted to get back to the natural foot strength and mobility I enjoyed a few years ago. Some of the name brands are a bit out of my price range, and I also don't like my toes being separated. These looked good, and I figured at the price I could give them a whirl. I've now been wearing them for 2 months, and I LOVE THEM! It feels like I'm wearing slippers everywhere, and my feet aren't cramped and rigid. I wear them around the house and on

Pros
  • The minimalist design ensures that these shoes are lightweight, yet still sturdy enough to handle rugged terrain.
Cons
  • Minimalist style makes it less versatile for casual wear

Revainrating 5 out of 5

So far so good: my feedback

They fit like a glove and are EXTREMELY comfortable, feels like slippers. I bought these because I'm going to Costa Rica, this weekend actually, and was looking for something to hike in that I wouldn't mind getting muddy and wet but will still be light and protective, these seem to fit the bill but I will definately update after my trip how they hold up

Pros
  • With a breathable mesh upper and flexible sole, these shoes offer unparalleled comfort and fit, so you can focus on the joy of the trail instead of worrying about your footwear.
Cons
  • Upper material may be too thin and prone to tearing
