Either the product is old and the quality of the chewing gum has therefore deteriorated significantly, or it is just a cheap product. A minute after removing the elastics from the pack, 2 were already unusable when I tried to put them in my child's hair (the first one was so stretched that it could no longer be called a hair tie). The other expanded and became unusable after a few minutes of wearing. The other 2 were ok but for the price I'm not sure I'd want them for free. They are very cute in design, but the quality is beyond terrible. Now we will use an ornament and a bead from two broken ribbons for hair.
