Review on 120504 Nozzle Extended 25A 020382 Electrode Extended PMax 350 380 PAC110 - Pack of 20 by Brad King

I finally got the chance to use them. I don't wait to go out to buy replacements and it just so happens that I haven't needed them in a while. I put a new electrode and nozzle in my torch and nothing happened, just a little hiss and a faint flame. After some fiddling around, I put the old kit back in place. It worked as expected. After further inspection, I compared the new parts to genuine Hypertherm parts. They're different. See photos. Not much for you to notice without comparing them side by side. These spares are shorter on the back so they don't make proper contact with the gun. If I can, I'll send them back and buy real ones. Looking back at the River Welds ads, I saw that they didn't look like the originals. The original is solid and the replacements are hollow.
