Great solution if others aren't working as expected

The product works well for us in that we can easily collect all of our data from multiple sources into one place where it's easy to analyze. We're also able to aggregate everything together so that no piece of information gets lost along its way through your system. I think there are aspects of this tool which could be more user-friendly or designed better around specific industries/products - especially considering how big some businesses have gotten over time (think Walmart). However, overall I'm very pleased with what they've been doing! They were hired because another vendor was not providing enough reporting solutions nor giving me any insight about my business performance via analytics tools like Google Sheets etc. After 2 years, I am still happy with them and continue using the service daily. I like that it is easy to use, and that you can easily build out your own dashboards. There are some things that could be improved (i.e. more reporting options), but overall this tool is great for getting insight into what customers are saying about your business. The ability to get insights from social media posts, reviews, etc. is really helpful.

  • In terms customer support & helpdesk team as far goes their technical implementation side.They provide quick responses when ever i need assistance.Also ,the dashboard features make sure u keep track every day activities within organisation !!! Very smooth experience at end :)!!! Also love seeing live chat conversations bcoz those helps too much..:) Thanks Custome IQ Team For Support always..!!!!
