Review on Monroe Max-Air MA833 Shock Absorber for Enhanced Performance by Gabriel Rosenberg

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It was pretty easy to install. Unscrew the old one and screw it on.

Bought for my 2008 Acadia. I originally used the air lift system on my previous car (06 Freestar) after buying a caravan. They were $25 cheaper and I decided to give it a try. It was pretty easy to install. Unscrew the old one and screw on the new one. There is no need to squeeze the pouch and slide it through the coil spring slots, drilling holes and trimming military style bumpers like there is with airlifts. The 1/8" hose was odd, but it's just supposed to hold pressure anyway. Next week I will go and reply here how well they are.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Negative gift
