The machine is very strong and of good quality. Unfortunately, it doesn't have an option to adjust the timing of menu cycles. I have baked gluten free bread and after completing the Auto Menu #13 Gluten Free cycle, I continue to bake it with Manual #14 Bake until the bread is fully cooked. It looks like menu item "Gluten Free" #13 didn't have enough time to complete the cooking process, so I have to proceed to manual cooking #14 "Bake". menu items.
