Great tool when buying an outboard motor

finally works. The others I buy have always had a hose leak. Not sure about psi accuracy but tried it on 2 outboard motors and both tests went well and both motors run great. Requirement for the purchase of an outboard motor. Don't worry about what the PSI readings are, just make sure the PSI readings are relatively close.
