Moisture will oxidize completely to failure
This wire will completely fail. It's not 100% copper. Dissimilar metals and moisture will oxidize the strands into powder until the wires break. Unless you live in Arizona or Death Valley, California, there's a good chance cables are failing. If you don't plan on replacing the wires later, the savings over higher quality wires aren't worth it.
