This is a copper clad aluminum wire but is not labeled or sold as such. It's very sad that I didn't realize this until I closed my walls. Pulls easily and comfortably.

The same basic product I get from my dealer but much cheaper. The only difference I see is that the outer shell isn't that thick, which suits me. Less useless waste. The box is smaller which takes up less space in the truck again less waste but the handle could be a little stronger.

I never thought that in a few months the wire on the lid would just break by hand. Now, not only do I have to buy more cords, but I also have to spend hours re-installing white lights all over my yard.

This wire will completely fail. It's not 100% copper. Dissimilar metals and moisture will oxidize the strands into powder until the wires break. Unless you live in Arizona or Death Valley, California, there's a good chance cables are failing. If you don't plan on replacing the wires later, the savings over higher quality wires aren't worth it.

I have several of these systems and the cable has been out for a few months and has held up and continues to perform as expected, a very good product.

I was VERY skeptical to buy this cable as it is so cheap but the quality is on par with the best brands it is real stranded copper cable soldiers are great too I ran 300+ feet of it in the walls and ceiling of the new living room, it's currently 500 watts and it's PERFECT, I'll be buying more of this for other rooms, the shell bonus also makes it perfect for custom car builds.
