Moisture will fully oxidize to complete failure
This wire will fail completely. It's not 100% copper. Dissimilar metals and moisture will oxidize the strands into powder until the wires break. Unless you live in Arizona or Death Valley, California, there's a high chance that cables will fail. If you don't plan on replacing the wires later, the savings over higher quality wires aren't worth it.
