These are excellent reusable pads. They come off much easier than brown pads and, like other pads, have a long lifespan and are significantly cheaper. For spondyloarthrosis, I use the same 4 pads for 30 minutes every day. My machine is hospital out "NEMECTRON MODEL 7-SP" and I have it set to a very high rating of around 95% potential, so the pads get quite hot when I remove them, but I've been using the same pads since about 3 weeks but probably they will change them in a week or so.
