Stainless steel fittings supplied with pads will not fit. After driving only a few hundred kilometers, it began to squeak from the driver's side. After disassembly I found that the fittings had shifted and started to touch the rotor. That was because it goes too far behind the caliper. Attempted adjustment by manually bending the fittings. As long as it holds up well. A few months later the same thing happened on the passenger side. As a result, I've bought other fittings that have a better design - it flexes a bit in other places so nothing sticks out. Unfortunately I threw away the original Honda gear so I can't compare them.
