These shoes have no arch support for people with arched feet. My heels hurt and the rest of the feet don't massage at all. These shoes showed me that I walk in heels, I should have a high arch and the rest of the feet seems a bit sensitive because I don't feel any massaging effect at all other than pain in the heels. . One more thing, one of the shoes has a cleat that sticks out the furthest from the others and it's driving me crazy! I'm thinking of trimming it with nail scissors!
