So I've had it for a few days now. You have to get a little creative with the installation in the dashboard. Most people just install it on the dashboard bezel. It's not traditionally established. The wiring is straight. The "key" and "key2" wires are for the steering wheel controls if you have them. You may or may not need an adapter. It has many options between android options and car options. The sound quality is good, not outstanding. Since I mainly listen to the radio, it doesn't bother me. If you like bass, you definitely need an amplifier. The screen quality is good to excellent. You can watch movies, YouTube and everything else. This stereo acts like a tablet, so you can download many apps on it. It doesn't have a floppy drive, but it does have Bluetooth, WiFi and 2 USB ports. So you have options. In general, it's worth it. I am happy with the purchase. My advice to you: measure your reach before you buy. It's 10.1 inches, so it takes up space. It fits perfectly between the dash vents but covers some of my climate control knobs, but they are still usable because they are barely covered. There are 9 inch and 7 inch versions.
