Touch Screen Not Responding

I received my item today 3rd May 2020 and the touch screen is not responding to anything. I did a reset and everything works but nothing works. Can someone please contact me

Disable mobile Wi-Fi password to work.

Good SERIOUS NOTICES TO ALL BUYERS if you fail to connect to your cellphone hotspot. Go to hotspot settings and turn off security, after that everything works fine.

Good buy but read before buying

So I've had it for a few days now. You have to get a little creative with the installation in the dashboard. Most people just install it on the dashboard bezel. It's not traditionally established. The wiring is straight. The "key" and "key2" wires are for the steering wheel controls if you have them. You may or may not need an adapter. It has many options between android options and car options. The sound quality is good, not outstanding. Since I mainly listen to the radio, it doesn't bother…
