Review on Shop the Crystal Clear Plaid Gallery Glass Window Color 8oz - No Tint by Rodney Mendoza

We wanted our pantry door to look different. We live on Old Town Rd so there's a better pantry than Old Town Grocery & Dry Goods. We watched a few videos on YouTube and went from there. I read in the instructions NOT to shake the bottle as this would cause bubbles in the finished product. Since we wanted to use vintage glass, bubbles were really needed for this project. Using plastic wrap on two wooden sticks, we placed the plastic over the plaid applique and slowly lifted it. We did this several times until we saw lines on the glass that we liked. It only took about an hour and a half mainly because it was August and the ceiling was dry so we could see the finished look. We chose to machine both sides of the glass, which really adds depth and dimension to the glass. Although not advertised as such, for safety reasons it put an end to the worry that the glass would ever break due to the door closing too hard and breaking the glass and possibly injuring someone. Since both sides are covered in plaid the glass will stay in place if it breaks, I know this because I tried it on a spare glass. The ceiling held the pieces together like safety glass. You can't screw it up, it's so easy to use. It dries crystal clear and is very durable. It's like white glue on steroids! For 24" x 24" jar, we used one bottle for both sides. I've ordered two more bottles for future projects and can't wait to finish them!
