Good product for me, no problems at all.
Several times there were image artifacts, but it is possible that this is a computer problem. Pros below: Great picture and sound! Significantly superior to the built-in iMac and Apple cinema display. Long cable included. Very sensitive microphone with good frequency coverage. Got cons: Sometimes it "falls off", it happened only a couple of times a year, it is solved by simple "poking". The cable to the camera is not very convenient, see photo
