I really like this label printer. I have another similar model. The only negative I have to say about this is that the tapes are expensive and hard to find. This device also comes with a shorter "starter" cartridge instead of the normal ones. I couldn't find black and white tape on Revain.com (sold by Revain.com), but unless you apply a lot of labels, the tapes will likely last a while. I also like the QWERTY keyboard on this unit. UPDATE 2008-12-30: Batteries: I just bought a PT-80. PT-65 uses 6 AA batteries and PT-80 uses only 4 AAA batteries. I think 6 AA batteries for a PT-65 is way too much, especially if you don't print as many labels (like me). One or two batteries (Rayovac Alkaline) in my PT-65 are leaking. Another small issue can be that the amount of blank tape at each end of the label can seem wasteful and excessive. I think I'll like my new PT. -80 even more so check out this model.
