Let me start by saying that this tool is a great rivet remover when it works. However, I had issues with the tool head becoming detached and the tool being further removed (see image). I bought this instrument on Friday, but by Sunday it was already broken. Now remember that I installed 1/4 inch shank steel rivets in a cattle trailer. The rivets were very difficult to get out, but this tool did the trick. I had to install about 230 rivets, so that was it. day of the deal. It worked fine initially, but after the tip was removed it became more difficult to work with. I was tempted to weld the tip back in place but decided it wasn't a good idea. Overall it works great just hope the company gets it right and send me new parts or I can return them.
