Just received 3 more sets of Go Bites, washed and dried and set the bedside table for lunch. Occupational therapy provided me with heavily weighted curved cutlery. They added more difficulties than they contributed to solving the problem. It took two hands to scoop up an oversized spoonful of food. After so many years of "twisting" I started piercing my gums and chipping my teeth. Go Bite is strong enough nylon and shaped so the beveled edges of the fork can even slice through meat to make small chunks. They may seem a bit pricey if you think of them purely as picnic essentials, but they're great for kids, people with disabilities, or an impromptu light meal while watching a movie on TV. Not disposable, they're good for the planet too.
