I just installed this to replace the original OEM motor mount. After removing the original and comparing it to this version, I immediately noticed that the top mounting tab was off several degrees (about 10 degrees, I estimate). This means that installing this aftermarket will require some effort. After the base of the mount was attached, I had to tighten the horizontal screw up to the mounting tab. This will "preload" the rubber material a bit, but it's the only way to secure the mount. I'm a little concerned if this will cause premature wear to the mount - time will tell! I'll come back to this review in a few months, maybe a year or two, hopefully it holds up.
