Review on 🔒 Stainless Steel 1/4" Fuel Water Separator Bracket - Sierra 18-7777 by Francisco Taylor

Over the years I have replaced several fuel separators (aluminum) due to corrosion in the marine environment. I was about to replace another one when I came across this stainless steel model. It fits into existing mounting holes and is milled from a single piece of stainless steel, the workmanship is excellent, it should last the life of the boat. I will NEVER buy another aluminum fuel separator. The kit includes two 1/4" male connectors and you will need two 1/4" NPT barbed fittings for your size fuel line. The filter size is commonly referred to as "mercury". One reviewer noted that the fittings were the wrong size, but either got it wrong or sent a 3/8 inch model. 1/4" NPT outside diameter is approximately 1/2" (0.54).
