Review on TravelJoy by Mark Turner

The customer service is great! They are very receptive to any feedback I have regarding my trips or how they can improve their services in general; as well as being flexible when it comes time for me to use them again (ie- last minute changes). Their online booking system sometimes gets confused by some of our travel partners' websites which makes things difficult at times - but not enough that we couldn't work through this together if necessary. It's been so easy using TJV over all three occasions where I've used them thus far.- Multiple trip planning/booking within one platform rather than having multiple platforms open.
